About Vista Holdings

Ezra Stone is our latest hire at Vista Holdings this year. As a recent college graduate, he brings a new perspective and fresh eyes to the business. He has had various internships over the years at local real estate firms, both commercial and residential.

Along with that, he had a job in Colorado as a social media manager. These talents lend themselves well to the real estate world. He graduated in 2021 from The University of Colorado, Denver with a degree in communication.

Greg has over 25 years in global sales, marketing, and implementation of Business Resiliency planning in many types of industries including Finance, Manufacturing/ Distribution, Automotive, Insurance, Food Services, and the Entertainment industries. He is a certified Business Continuity Lead Auditor, a Ramsey Certified Financial Coach, a certified Business Resiliency Manager, Risk and Compliance Manager, and a Licensed Texas Insurance Agent.

Brandy Morris brings 10 years of commercial property management experience to Vista. She handles all aspects of property management and specializes in tenant relations. To maximize tenant retention, she received her real estate license in December 2019 to bring the tenant/landlord relationship full circle as she assists with renewals. Brandy is a graduate of The University of North Texas.

As an accounting leader, Janita brings 14 years of experience.  Prior to coming to Vista Holdings, Janita has worked with companies such as Real Foundations and CBRE. She is responsible for all property management accounting functions and has maintained a portfolio that includes commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties.  She specializes in property transitioning, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with a strong focus on excellent customer service as well as ensuring all client needs are met.

Ruben Hernandez has been in the maintenance industry for 13 years. This includes both the residential and commercial industries. Ruben is certified in HVAC and is experienced in electrical and plumbing. He is a driven individual that is dedicated to fulfilling client and tenant needs. In Ruben’s spare time, he enjoys being with his son and exploring the outdoors.
